Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our forge undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous tracking codes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
